Order fulfillment time
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:00 – are shipped the same day.
Order placed after 11.00 a.m., on weekends or other non-working days – are carried out on the next business day.
Packages are delivered from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00, and the delivery time is usually the next business day.
When the supplier of the package does not find you at the address indicated, he will leave a notification and the package will be delivered the next day.
REFUND TERMS RETURN POLICY
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging.

After your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return might be not accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Poland,
shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that
we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Fortunately, we do accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for
the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3
days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with
tags, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Oskara Kolberga 4, 25-001 Kielce.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
